In celebration of the 8th Anniversary of the SPHI Cancer Center, with the theme "CLOSING THE GAP: Cancer Prevention through Proper Lifestyle" highlights the importance of early detection and lifestyle modifications in fighting cancer.

\We were honored to have Dr. Yvette Jesena-Divinagracia, MD, FPCP, who shared valuable insights on breast cancer screening, especially timely as we also celebrate Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Dr. Elaine Veñegas, MD, FPCP, FPRA, offered an in-depth discussion on lifestyle interventions for cancer prevention, emphasizing how proactive steps can make a significant impact on reducing cancer risks.

The event was made even more inspiring by two cancer survivors who courageously shared their stories of strength, resilience, and hope, reminding us that no one fights alone. Their testimonials showcased the power of determination and the importance of support from loved ones, healthcare providers, and communities in overcoming this disease.
