KIDNEY CENTER
St. Paul’s Hospital Iloilo offers full range of special medical services under its SPICE program or the St. Paul Integrated Centre of Expertise to ensure efficient diagnosis while preserving its commitment towards a more innovative, excellent and compassionate healthcare service.
The Kidney Center provides services to patients in need of renal – care from general nephrology, renal biopsy, dialysis and transplantation. It is complemented by Urology to care for patients in need of stone work-up and treatment as well as other Urologic conditions which warrant surgical care and follow–up (i.e. prostate care, etc.).
SPHI’S Kidney Center is the first and only facility outside Metro Manila accredited to perform Kidney Transplant and the widest hospital-based kidney unit in Iloilo. The center is the first private hospital contracted with Z Benefit Package for peritoneal dialysis and kidney transplant by the Philippine Health Insurance Company since 2016.
The center caters patients in need in renal care from general nephrology, renal biopsy, dialysis, and transplantation. It also caters patients for peritoneal dialysis using the Automated Peritoneal Dialysis Machine and utilizes the reprocessing machine to disinfect dialyzers used in hemodialysis

SPHI's Physical Medicine is the widest facility in the region which provides through evaluation and management of patients suffering from various types of disabilities arising from acute and chronic neurological, musculoskeletal, and cardiopulmonary disorders.
At the rehab center, patients receive systematic and comprehensive services that include patient education which is a part of the rehabilitation program. The Digestive Disease Center provides holistic and quality service in the management of gastrointestinal, hepatobiliary and pancreatic disorders. It offers a wide range of procedures and treatment for abdominal diseases and disorders catering to in and out patients as well as patients referred by others hospitals. The center boasts of its team expert gastroenterologist who can perform complicated procedure effectively giving their patients more and better options for treatment.
